TAKE has developed a mature quality framework called QUEST, to ensure the best-in-class quality in all it processes. QUEST has the following salient features:

  • The QUEST portal is accessed by all the employees ensuring consistency across engagements
  • Comprises a complete resource package containing all the policies, processes, work instructions, templates for all the areas and includes a group of Quality Facilitators to ensure process adherence and product performance
  • Uses a wide ranges of testing tools, which are proven to increase productivity and designed to strengthen product quality
  • Benchmarked processes against world-class standards and models, such as ISO -27001, SEI-CMMI Level 5 and SEI-PCMM Level 3
  • Integrates Six Sigma techniques to focus on continuous, measurable process improvement, with powerful analytical tools and sophisticated review processes

Performance and Capability Baseline

TAKE has invested significant amount of time and money to establish these baselines that are maintained by an independent QA department to ensure that:

  • Various process and product metrics are studied, and process improvement is continuously intended
  • TAKE’s processes or products meet specifications and predicts current and future defects for any given measurement characteristic
  • A repository is maintained of TAKE Solutions’ processes, procedures, templates, standards, guidelines, checklists, best practices, lessons learnt
