TAKE’s Quality Management System for Delivery Excellence

TAKE’s delivery integrated Quality Management System, QUEST, provides a process orchestration platform that leverages processes, methods and tools.   • Detail the identified business needs to different design methods, to evaluate the best suited design solutions for the customer
  • Bring out the best fit of technology and performance required for our customers
  • Integrate non-functional and security requirements for a robust design solution
  • Detailed project plan and estimates in line with the identified system requirements


  • Develop with agile best practices, increment requirements with shorter lifecycle phases, to deploy solutions faster – thereby facilitating early stabilization at new state
  • Involve customers in project governance and decision making
  • Build, assemble, involve Subject Matter Experts for flawless delivery and test the best methods implemented for the given business solutions


  • Ensure that the users are trained ‘hands-on’ before deployment of the solutions
  • Partner and work along with the customer to measure the performance of the solutions and services, and verify whether the intended business needs are met
  • Document all lessons learnt, and workarounds, along with opportunities for further improvements
  • Obtain feedback on the strengths and weakness of our approach / processes - to improve QUEST
