Financials At A Glance For The Period Ended March 31, 2011
Chennai, May 27, 2011: TAKE Solutions Ltd. [BSE: 532890 | NSE: TAKE], leaders in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Life Sciences (LS) products, today announced financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2011.
The consolidated net profit for the year ended, March 31, 2011 was up by 116% to Rs. 70 crores over last year. The consolidated revenue also increased significantly by 38.1% to Rs. 506 crores.
The Board of Directors recommended 100 % dividend for the fiscal year 2011.
