Financials at a glance for the quarter ended September 2010
Chennai, October 29, 2010: TAKE Solutions Ltd. [BSE: 532890 | NSE: TAKE], leaders in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Life Sciences products, announced the financial results for quarter ended September 30, 2010 today. The company has posted healthy revenues of INR 118.6 crores for this quarter as against INR 90.2 crore for corresponding quarter ended September 30, 2009, which is 32% increase. Net Profit for the quarter ended September 30, 2010 was INR 16.3 crore. This represents an increase of 115% over the same period last year.
Commenting on the Company’s performance, Mr. S Sridharan, Managing Director, TAKE Solutions said, “It is encouraging to continue the positivity in our performance which is an endorsement of faith our clients have in us. The results continue to also reflect the growth in the demand scenario in the market. We launched our new facility on October 27, 2010, at the Special Economic Zone at Shriram Gateway at Perungalathur near Chennai which will undertake Research and Development. Highlights of the quarter include:
- Two strategic alliance agreements were signed, one with CTX Life Sciences for providing PharmaReady eCTD DMF and SPL standard license and the other with Cegedim Dendrite for providing system integration and other services for Cegedim Dendrite’s Mobile Intelligence product suite
- Launched an advanced version of OneSCM, industry leading supplier management platform
- Launched a new state-of-the-art SEZ facility at Perungalathur near Chennai which is capable of accommodating over 650 employees
- Awarded for Managerial Excellence in Services category and as the 2010 Great Supply Chain Partner
